How to create an audio group in Google Chromecast?

So, to create the audio group-
  1. First, unlock the Google home app from your android or iPhone device. Make sure that chromecast download is done, as chromecast is necessary to get started with the further step.
  2. Click “Devices” option to see the available speaker or Chromecast audio with the Chromecast built-in. You can find this option on the upper right corner of the home screen. Ensure that you have correctly set up chormecast to perform this step.  
  3.  Tap the device card menu and then the “Create group” option, which you can get on the top right side of the speaker with the Chromecast built-in or Chromecast audio.    
  4. You will find the default name of the group as “Home Group”, which you can rename or erase it easily. You can type your own name of the group.
  5. Now after this, you will get to see the available speakers, including Google Home, if it is showing there.
  6.  If you want to add or remove the group, then click the box next to its name.  Then you will see a check on the box next to the speaker’s name to specify whether the app is associated with the group or not.  Note that at least two speakers should be there to create the group. Now save the changes.
  7. After the speakers have been successfully joined the group, you will witness the group device card within the “Devices”. Be patient, as the group device card would take 5-10 seconds to get appeared in the Google home app. If you didn’t see the group device card, then you can also head to take the Chromecast Help, to counter the problem.    
  8. If the changes were unsuccessful, the reasons might be
a) If none of the speakers get added to the group, then you will see this message: “Can’t create “XX” group. Devices are not responding”. You can navigate to support Chromecast, to get the possible solutions.
b) If only one speaker gets added, but not all, then you will witness this error message: “XX” group created, but some devices were unsuccessful”. You can go to Www ChromeCast com to get any kind of proper assistance.
